I would like to start by acknowledging that we have not been communicating as often as we should have been,

I have been waiting to share some news.

First, I would like to thank you for your participation during the development of our new platform. Even though we have faced certain technical difficulties and some legal hurdles we are progressing ahead, however somewhat slower than we expected.

Meanwhile we have formed a Canadian corporation to comply with the Canadian laws, and also registered to FINTRAC to be recognised as a MSB “Money Service Business”. To our surprise, even though the governments accept and recognise businesses like ours, the Canadian banks are being difficult to work with.

We have completed the new client platform with an intuitive dashboard, the new wallet, the trade platform, the exchange and we are going through the testing and debugging.

We are in negotiations obtaining our merchant number, which will allow clients to purchase smaller amounts of (HDP)and other digital assets available at Hedpay using their credit cards.

At the same time, we are negotiating to finalise the payment card with provider to enable our members use or withdraw from their Hedpay cards, therefore we will keep you up to date on the progress in our future communication.
